Almost constantly smiles, though the type of smile (warm or cold) depends on the circumstances. Has the appearance of one in their mid-thirties, though some have considered her exceedingly old, while others find her attractively young.
Personality:
An enigma, warm and welcoming to all who enter her domain one second, and cold and threatening the next if one breaks her rules. Should good fortune be predicted, she will express concealed giddiness, sharing in her patron’s eventual joy, but being secretive, so not to spoil the upcoming surprise. Should misfortune be predicted, she is sympathetic, and will empathize with her patron.
History:
Nobody knows who she is and where she is from. Some have claimed to have seen her use Magic to disable Technology; others claim that she uses Technology to disable Magic. Some have claimed that she is a consort of the Skills Merchant, while others claim that she is the source of his wares. In spite of these contradicting rumors, one thing is for certain: she will accurately divine your future, provided you find her and can obtain what she desires.
Unlike other fortune tellers, who make a big show of their skills or charge an extreme amount for their services, she is hard to find, and may ask for the oddest things: your favorite toy when you were young, a flower grown only in a certain area, the name that is scribbled on an ancient tome in the forest; things that are challenging to find, but can be obtained if one works hard enough. And unlike other fortune tellers, who tell you what you want to hear, her predictions are spot on, nearly absolute.
However, she is not unkind: should she see an unfavorable future, she will suggest ways of preventing it or mitigating the misfortune, provided it is possible. Certain events cannot be prevented, but a fair warning is given, in order to prepare one for the inevitable. Should a favorable future be seen, she will smile, and suggest to carry on as usual, so as to allow the pleasant event to occur naturally; occasionally, she may offer advice to help the favorable future happen sooner, or to prevent it from becoming unfavorable.
Find her, find what she desires, heed her advice, and you will not be beset by great misfortune. However, be care not to break the rules of her domain, else the worst misfortune shall be cursed upon you:
1) No violence of any kind allowed.
2) Requested item must be genuine (mistakes made due to ignorance or circumstance may be forgiven)
3) Do not take everything she says for granted.
